Magnum opus

  I’m sick and tired of the radical Muslims taking over Europe. It's gone way too far. Yes, they escape poverty and dictatorship, I know. But they invade even little villages in Sweden, for fuck's sake, and they force everyone to accept them while they tear down all the moral progress the Western European society has made. (EDIT: Though now, after having spoken to replier Sister Grimm, I’m more aware of their side.) Also, I'm sick and tired of stupid Nazis and annoying Jews who think that any sane law that confronts their religion is ‘antisemitism’ and even ‘Nazism’. That is why I decided to write this manifesto I like to call The Sanity Manifesto. Give comments, translate it to any language and spread it to anyone you can.

  People of Europe! Ever since the Rénaîssance, you’ve made an astounding progress in your moral development. Re-arising from the days of yore, from the age of the Greek philosophers; from the age of the ancient Alþingi, the world’s first parliament, and the Tynwald, the world’s first parliament in continuous existence; from Cromwell’s revolution―out of the pitch-dark Dark Ages and into the slow but sure age of enlightment. Much progress you’ve made: Human Rights were established, democracy was re-enforced, sanity came back to us.

  Yet now you have to face a great new force threatening your progress: Immigration. Many men seek your wealth or your shelter, coming from poorer lands across the globe, but experience a severe cultural shock when they reach it. They do not know how to behave in a liberal country, and they do not know what democracy is, and so they often resort to crime or try to enforce their laws and their tradition on the countries. This is a bad situation for both sides: you, who feel (and quite justfully so) that your rights and their security are at stake, and the immigrants, who quickly reach the bottom of the social ladder. Furthermore, many fear the loss of their liberal cultrue.

  However, we must not forget that Europe is the homeland of the Europeans, your homeland, first and foremost. You are entitled to a land of your own, in which you can live as you see fit, according to the customs of your own country, which should not become some sort of mass shelters that only harm your economy. Moreover, you are entitled to have a secure and liberal democracy, observing human rights and intolerant towards discrimination based on gender/sexual identity, race, &c., according to your own modern liberal tradition. Your land, your rules. Thus, the immigrants are to adapt to the local situation, and not the other way around.

  Hence, to ease the assimilation of the immigrants who simply seek shelter, to ensure those who seek only wealth harm none as they gain it, and to set democracy's foot down, I propose the following laws:

• All immigrants to foreign countries are to be obliged to have a sufficient of the country’s language culture and history, as well as its language (this excludes those suffering from dyslexia, who are to prove a vocabulary of at least 5,000 words and a control of grammar sufficient for a simple conversation), and show a reasonable criminal record (no crimes such as theft, burglary, rape, or child abuse are to be tolerated) before acquiring citizenship. Languages with two or more official languages will decide which one(s) it wishes to require as obligatory.
• Any work place hiring employees with a salary above minimum wages are to demand that its employees present a certificate proving their knowledge of the local language, culture, and history, unless they are not citizens.
• All asylum seekers are to either accustom and acquire citizenship in the country they seek shelter in, or leave it within a number of years specified individually by each country.
• Women, LGBT, and atheist rights are to be defended in the constitution, with a majority of 75% or parliament members supporting their removal.
• Bodily modifications including permanent marks or removal of healthy, functional tissues before the age of 18 are to be banned.
• Refugees and people who wish for a temporary working or habitation permit (and not citizenship) in any country are to be exiled from the country at once if they commit any crime harsher than a misdemeanour.
• The acceptance of equality of all men, as well as the right for being irreligious, is to be encouraged at all schools.
• The schools are to emphasise the modern European liberal values from an early age, and encourage immigrant children to assimilate well.
• All asylum seekers are to attend special classes in which they are to learn the local language, culture, and history. Those who do not wish to attend these lessons and show progress are to be taken back to their home countries.
• The major modern genocides―the Jewish/Romani Holocaust (including the slaughter of homosexuals, Jehova Witnesses, mentally handicapped people, and opposition to Nazional Socialism), the Armenian Genocide, the Assyrian Genocide, the Bosnian Genocide, and the Rwanda Genocide―as well as the 1948 Palestinian Exodus are to be taught in schools in a way that emphasises the morals concerning how to avoid becoming a victim or an executor of a genocide, how to confront moral wrongdoings the state commits, and how to take into account the many points of view on history.
• All public disturbances done for cultural and/or religious reasons are to be banned. (Cultural symbols such as church bells or the Big Ben ringing are not considered a disturbances as long as there be a concensus regarding their place in society.)
• All displays of hatred towards people based solely on their race (not on culture) are to be banned. (Resent towards specific cultural moral values is to be tolerated.)

  And several more laws, meant solely to increase the level of education (as has been proven by scientific research) and benefit the countries in the long run:

• School studying hours are to never start before 9:00 AM.
• Siestas are to be made obligatory in schools, at least of one hour between 13:30 to 16:30.
• Mathematic and musical education are to be emphasised from an early age.
• All teachers must be hired from among the top students of universities, colleges, and graduate schools; must be subscribed to at least one academic journal of every subject they teach (including education journals); and must attend one seminar every six months, funded by the state.
• The education systems are to be reformed in order to encourage free thought and liberalism; creative answers on subjects such as civic studies, history, and literature, based on free thought and actual facts, are to be encouraged and preferred over the rigid material given by the Ministries of Education.
• No more than 20 students are to study in one classroom at any given time.
• Bullying is not to be tolerated at any case; bullying children at school are to be warned at once and expelled at twice.
• The grade systems are to be changed to a numerical system, with 0 being the lowest mark and 1,000 being the highest.

  Though these rules might seem harsh, I would like you to think about them: Do you really want your LGBT relatives, and even children or future children, suffering verbal and even physical abuse solely because they are LGBTs? Do you want to be awoken every morning at 5:00 AM by religious cries against your will and the will of your community? Do you want your children learning to simply accept moral atrocities at school? Do you want immigrants who come to your country out of true affection and acceptance of its moral values to your country to walk the streets around their homes in fear of being beaten? I assume none of you wishes this to happen. It is time you take action to perserve your country’s splendour.

  It is time the velvet hand learned to clench into a fist.

  I recently read about the Nakba. I'm outraged. I was lied to in the face by the Ministry of Education!

  The Jews owned only 6% of the lands in Israel before the War of Independence. Naturally, the Arabs didn't agree to let them increase it to 17% (according to the Peel Commission's recommendations), and certainly not 50% (according to the UN Resolution #181 (II)). They thought that letting that club of whitey countries who just want to beat each other at the Cold War decide what to do with this land they don’t even own is outrageous. The War of Independence was just Ben-Gurion’s cover-up to expand the borders of Israel, and it started with an illegitimate reason―true, there was some Arab who shot a Jewish bus and scared the shite out of the Israeli leadership, but he was just trying to rob the bus, regardless of national tendencies. Many, many Arabs, even those who cooperated with the IDF, were kicked out of their house. Many, many peace offerings were presented to Ben-Gurion, but he was drunk with power and refused them all. Jesus, you should read the newspapers of the time. They reeked of Judeo-Fascism. ‘They can no longer deny our historic right over this land’, ‘These territories belong to us!’ Remember where the ideals of Greater Hungaria, Greater Syria, and (Kot forbid!) Greater Germany lead the world? Nothing is different, except for the religious fervor.

  Nevertheless, Israel is nowadays trying to simply survive. Most Israelis support the two-state solution (50%+), or giving the Palestinian territories complete autonomy except for military matters (much higher percentage). The IDF, contrary to common belief, does relatively very little war crimes. True, Israel does commit war crimes, but think what any other country would do in its position, or what other countries actually do in Iraq and Afghanistan. True, Israel does keep the border with the Gaza Strip and the West Bank sealed, but its because they can't trust the Palestinians: when Peres tried helping them build an airport, the first thing they did with it was smuggle arms. They smuggle arms constantly. (And we’d best not start talking about who really was kicked out and who left voluntarily, or about if there really is a Palestinian people and the question of immigration to modern day Israel from other Arab countries in the early 20th century...)

  So, enough with the rambling. The conclusion I came to is that Israel has to serve as a democratic haven for atheists, democrats, women escaping ‘honour killing’, LGBTs, &c. in order to justify its existance. It does so, but not very efficiently. Israel must cease to be semi-theocratic to justify its existance to anyone who isn’t a bloody Bible-thumper. The Bible is not enough. Neither is some lame excuse of ‘we were there 2,000 years ago’―the Canaanites were here first; Jerusalem belongs to the Jebusites! Besides, where the devil were you these 2,000 years? Most of your ancestors left for Europe voluntarily!
