Since I've been asked about the subject several times, I have to explain why is this blog written in English:
As you must've noticed, I am a big fan of the Concession webcomic (I translate it to Hebrew). The creator, Immelmann, is a dear friend of mine, and was willing (in return to many gestures I've made for him) to put up a banner for my blog on his site for a week. So, for any fan who might encounter this blog, I'm writing it in English. Besides, it can just get a greater audience this way.
Moreover, English (and a rich one at that) can make sure people who aren't really willing to make much effort in reading will stay out, as well as people too lazy / stupid to learn English.
And most of all, I need to express my skills in English here. Writing in rich English on a Hebrew-speaking site shows my command of both languages.
This blog, actually, is here mostly as a promotional for my writing and translating services. And also as a place I can promote my positions and opinions, the occasional thought I have about different matters and see some importance in (as was the case with Scriabin, for instance), or other things that promote my interests (as was the case with the post in Italian).
That, I believe, sums up everything I had to say.
